中西医结合护理在跟痛症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合护理在跟痛症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至6月我院收治的100例跟痛症患者作为对照组(常规西医护理),选取2019年7月至12月收治的100例跟痛症患者作为研究组(中西医结合护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组的干预总有效率、护理满意度、总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的足踝能力评测量表(FAAM)-日常生活能力、FAAM-运动评分均升高,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理可改善跟痛症患者的足踝功能、疼痛情况与心理状态,提高护理满意度与依从性。Objective To study the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with heel pain.Methods A total of 100 patients with heel pain admitted in our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as control group(conventional western medicine nursing),and 100 patients with heel pain admitted in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as study group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention,nursing satisfaction and total compliance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Foot and Ankle Ability Measure(FAAM)-daily living ability and FAAM-exercise in the two group increased,while the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can improve the foot and ankle function,pain and psychological state of patients with heel pain,and promote nursing satisfaction and compliance.
