摘 要:目的:以甲烷水蒸气重整合成气为燃料,测试微管式固体氧化物燃料电池(MT-SOFC)电堆的电化学性能。方法:以活性氧化铝为载体,通过浸渍工艺制备出甲烷水蒸气重整催化剂,测试催化剂在不同反应温度、水碳比、体积空速下的反应活性。将甲烷水蒸气重整的合成气作为MT-SOFC电堆的燃料,测试电堆的发电性能。结果:在750℃,体积空速为550 h-1时,甲烷转化率达99.5%。甲烷水蒸气重整耦合MT-SOFC电堆发电,其功率达43.5 W,功率密度达0.20 W/cm^(2)。催化剂催化活性较高,电堆电化学性能平稳。结论:甲烷水蒸气重整耦合MT-SOFC电堆发电的工艺可提高燃料的利用效率,对发展新能源和保护环境具有现实意义。Objective:To test the electrochemical performance of microtubule solid oxide fuel cell(MT-SOFC)stacks using methane steam reforming syngas as fuel.Methods:Using activated alumina as the carrier,a methane water vapor reforming catalyst was prepared through impregnation process,and the reaction activity of the catalyst was tested at different reaction temperatures,water-carbon ratios,and volume space velocities.The syngas of methane steam reforming was used as the fuel of MT-SOFC stack to test the power generation performance of the stack.Results:The conversion rate of methane reached 99.5%at 750℃and a volume space velocity of 550 h-1.Methane steam reforming coupled with MT-SOFC stack for power generation had a power of 43.5 W and a power density of 0.20 W/cm^(2).The catalyst has high catalytic activity and stable electrochemical performance of the stack.Conclusion:The process of methane steam reforming coupled with MT-SOFC stack power generation can improve fuel utilization efficiency,and has practical significance for the development of new energy and environmental protection.
