摘　　要：为落实节能减排的要求,对水煤浆锅炉进行超低NOx排放改造。采用低氮燃烧器、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)和选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝技术,实现NOx的超低排放。通过对脱硫塔的改造,经过氨法脱硫和管束式除尘器的协同脱除作用,实现SO_(2)以及颗粒物的超低排放。改造后,烟气中NOx排放浓度小于50 mg/m^(3)、SO_(2)排放浓度小于15 mg/m^(3)、颗粒物浓度小于1 mg/m^(3),满足烟气NOx超低排放的要求。In order to implement the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,the coal water slurry boiler is transformed with ultra-low NOx emissions.Low NOx burner,selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration technology are adopted to achieve ultra-low NOx emissions.Through the transformation of the desulfurization tower,the ultra-low emission of SO_(2)and particulate matter is achieved through the synergistic removal of ammonia desulfurization and tube bundle dust collector.After the transformation,the NOx emission concentration in the flue gas is less than 50 mg/m^(3),the SO_(2)emission concentration is less than 15 mg/m^(3),and the particulate matter concentration is less than 1 mg/m^(3),which meets the requirements of ultra-low flue gas emission.
