摘　　要：本文从农药残留限量标准中食品分类的角度,通过查询官方网站、标准等方式,概述了中国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰现行的农药残留限量标准中蔬菜、水果的分类情况,并分别与中国分类情况进行比对分析,总结中国农药残留限量标准中食品分类存在的问题,并提出优化建议,以期为健全完善中国蔬菜、水果相关农药残留限量标准,推进农业生产和食品安全有效监管,促进农产品国际贸易健康发展提供参考依据,对主动规避技术贸易壁垒、扩大蔬菜水果海外出口具有重要意义。From the perspective of food classification in the pesticide residue limit standards,this paper outlines the classification of vegetables and fruits in the current pesticide residue limit standards of China,Japan,South Korea,Australia and New Zealand by checking the official websites,standards,etc.,and conducts a comparative analysis with China’s classification respectively to summarize the problems of food classification in the pesticide residue limit standards of China and puts forward optimization suggestions,in order to improve the pesticide residue limit standards for Chinese vegetables and fruits,promote the effective supervision of agricultural production and food safety,and promote the healthy development of international trade in agricultural products,it is of great significance to avoid technical barriers to trade and expand the overseas export of vegetables and fruits.It is of great significance to circumvent technical barriers to trade and expand overseas export of vegetables and fruits..
