摘 要:针对水稻直播田杂草防治难的问题,采用新型对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶(HPPD)抑制剂类除草剂双环磺草酮和氟酮·呋喃酮复配进行稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、丁香蓼和耳叶水苋防除田间试验。药效试验结果表明:人工喷雾25%双环磺草酮与27%氟酮·呋喃酮复配剂量为有效成分(375+202.5)g/hm 2时,施药7 d、15 d后对稗草、千金子、丁香蓼、鸭舌草的防效为83.1%~98.6%;对耳叶水苋防效较差,仅29.7%~46.5%。施药后不灌水与施药后48 h灌水相比,15 d后对稗草、千金子、鸭舌草和丁香蓼的防效降低。本研究将双环磺草酮和氟酮·呋喃酮进行复配,扩大了杀草谱,提高了除草效率和效果,为稻田恶性杂草稗草和千金子的防治提供了新的解决方案,具有良好的前景。In order to solve the difficulty of weed control in direct-seeded rice field,a novel 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase-inhibiting(HPPD)herbicide benzobicylon was combined with triafamone-tefuryltrione to detect the control effect of Echinochloa crusgalli,Leptochloa chinensis,Monochoriavaginalis,Ludwigia prostrata and Ammannia arenaria.The results showed that the control effect of 25%benzobicylon and 27%triafamone-tefuryltrione combined with effective components(375+202.5)g/hm 2 on E.crusgalli,L.chinensis,L.prostrata and M.vaginalis were ranged from 83.1%to 98.6%after 7 and 15 days of manual spraying.The control effect on A.arenaria was poor,only 29.7%~46.5%.Compared with 48h irrigation after application,the control effect of no irrigation on E.crusgalli,L.chinensis,L.prostrata and M.vaginalis decreased after 15 days.In this study,the combination of benzobicylon and triafamone-tefuryltrione is pioneering,which expands the herbicidal spectrum,improves the efficiency and effect of weeding,and provides a new solution for the control of malignant weeds E.crusgalli and L.chinensis in field,which has a good prospect.
