摘 要:针对煤粉与高炉煤气锅炉偏离基准参数运行时,锅炉效率会受到影响,进而引起机组发电煤耗增加的问题,分析了影响发电煤耗的关键参数,建立了适用于混烧锅炉的发电煤耗偏差分析模型。以某钢厂自备电厂220 t/h锅炉为例,采用文章模型进行定量分析,结果可为同类机组的运行优化提供参考。For the boiler main operation parameters,the deviation of their operating value and target value can cause the decrease of boiler thermal efficiency,which can further lead to the increase of unit coal consumption for power generation.Aimed at this problem,the key parameters of the unit coal consumption were analyzed,and the energy-loss analysis model of mixedly burned boiler was put forward.Taking a 220 t/h boiler mixedly burning pulverized coal and BFG for the research object,the established model was studied as an example.The result can provide guidance for similar bolier optimized operation.
