摘 要:文章以Barth附加压降理论为基础,采用量纲分析方法,利用中试平台开展实验研究,建立了喷吹煤粉管道的压降模型。将该模型应用到工程项目企业A、B和C中,能够准确预测喷吹罐压力,相对偏差在4%~7%以内。模型的建立不仅能促进高炉喷煤系统工程设计精细化,实现低阻损、低能耗、低磨损的远距离直接喷吹,还能为现场生产降低能耗提供一定理论支撑。Based on the Barth’s pneumatic conveying theory and dimensional analysis method,with practical parameters of plant,pressure drop model on pulverized coal injection pipes has been established.The model applied to plant A,B and C could estimate the pressure drop of pulverized coal pipes precisely,relative error was within 4%~7%.The model also could be in favor of refining the engineering design to decrease the resistance,energy consumption and wear for pulverized coal injection system with long distance,and provide theoretical support for the operation on pulverized coal injection system for reduce energy consumption.
