香叶木素防治癌症作用机制的研究进展

摘　　要：癌症已经严重威胁人类的健康,甚至危害生命,因此癌症的预防与治疗十分关键。近年来,从食源性植物中寻找具有多种生物活性的天然黄酮类物质用于临床应用和基因靶向等新药开发已经成为研究者关注的一大热点。香叶木素是一种主要存在于柑橘、菊花和橄榄中的天然甲氧基类黄酮化合物,具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、降血糖、降血脂等,目前已经被广泛应用于癌症的预防与治疗之中。本文主要综述了香叶木素在癌症防治中的作用研究进展,为香叶木素作为一种天然无毒副作用的新型癌症治疗剂的进一步开发提供理论基础和科学依据。Cancer has posed a serious threat to human health,even endangering life,so the prevention and treatment of cancer is crucial.In recent years,searching for natural flavonoids with various biological activities from food plants for clinical application,gene targeting and other new drug development have become a hot spot for researchers.Diosmetin is a kind of natural methoxy flavonoids,which mainly exists in citrus,chrysanthemum and olive.It has many biological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and so on.Diosmetin has been widely used in cancer prevention and treatment.This article mainly reviewed the research progress of diosmetin in cancer prevention and treatment,which provided theoretical basis and scientific basis for diosmetin as a new type of cancer treatment agent with natural non-toxic side effects.
