摘  要:介绍了炼厂油品储运系统挥发性有机物(VOCs)的治理情况。通过对预处理技术和焚烧处理技术方案进行比选得出,吸收+吸附预处理技术在工艺流程复杂程度、物耗能耗、占地面积、投资等方面具有优势,推荐采用;从投资额、能耗指标、使用寿命、处理效率来看,蓄热式热氧化技术较其他技术优势明显。最后根据炼厂实际情况及相关经验汇总成储运系统工艺路线选择原则流程图,为炼厂储运系统的VOCs治理工艺选择与流程优化提供参考。This paper introduces the VOCs treatment situation of the refinery oil storage and transportation system.Through the comparison and selection of different pretreatment technologies,it is recommended to use the absorption+adsorption process,which has advantages in the complexity of the process flow,material consumption,energy consumption,land area,investment and other aspects.Through the comparison of different incineration treatment technology schemes,RTO has been proved to have obvious advantages in investment,energy consumption index,service life and treatment efficiency.Finally,according to the actual application situation and relevant experience of the refinery,this paper summarized the flow chart of the process route selection principle of the refinery storage and transportation system,which provides reference for the VOCs treatment process selection and optimization of the refinery storage and transportation system.
