摘 要:通过开展鲫造血器官坏死病(CHN)病原检测能力验证,不断提高中国鲫造血器官坏死病病原检测的整体水平,加强相关实验室鲤疱疹病毒2型(CyHV-2)检测能力,2018—2022年期间开展了5次该能力验证项目。能力验证样品经均匀性和稳定性检验后,随机组合成每组4份样品发放。依据GB/T 36194—2018《金鱼造血器官坏死病毒检测方法》中推荐的聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法进行检测,并对各参加单位提交的检测结果进行评价。2018—2022年全国共有411家/次实验室参加,测试结果满意率依次为86.57%、83.10%、86.50%、87.74%和85.86%。能力验证统计结果表明,大部分实验室具备了鲫造血器官坏死病病原检测能力和质量管理水平,可以承担该病原的检测和监测工作,为鲫造血器官坏死病监测预警提供了有力支撑。To improve the overall level of pathogen detection of Crucian carp haematopoietic necrosis(CHN)in China,and strengthen the detection ability of Cyprinid Herpesvirus 2(CyHV-2)in related laboratories,the proficiency testing programs were carried out for 5 times from 2018 to 2022.The homogeneity and stability of the proficiency testing samples were examined and then randomly separated into 4 samples per group.Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)assay,which was recommended by national standard,Detection method of goldfish haematopoietic necrosis virus(GB/T 36194—2018),was used to detect CyHV-2,and the results from all participating laboratories were analyzed.A total of 411 nationwide laboratories took part in the proficiency testing,and the satisfaction rates of tests were 86.57%、83.10%、86.50%、87.74%and 85.86%in 2018 to 2022,respectively.It is showed that most of the attended laboratories possessed the detection abilities of CyHV-2 and the capacity of quality management,and could undertake the detection and surveillance of CyHV-2,which could provide the strong technical support for the surveillance and early warning of Crucian carp haematopoietic necrosis.
