摘　　要：为了解决单一低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采效率低、消突效果差等问题,针对胡底煤业1305底抽巷进行软分层水力掏煤试验,考察水力掏煤措施的消突效果。试验结果表明,采用软分层水力掏煤措施后,煤层残余瓦斯含量降低至6.5 m^(3)/t以下,钻屑量S值降低至3.8 kg/m,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1值降低至0.39 mL/(g·min1/2),消除了突出危险性,煤巷掘进速度提高至原来的1.96~2.58倍,实现了工作面安全快速掘进。In order to solve the problems of low gas extraction efficiency and poor outburst elimination effect in single low permeability coal seam,a soft-layered hydraulic coal cutting experiment was carried out in Hudi coal industry 1305 bottom roadway,and the outburst elimination effect of hydraulic coal cutting measures was investigated.The test results show that the residual gas content of coal seam is reduced to less than 6.5 m^(3)/t and the s value of cuttings is reduced to 3.8 kg/m after hydraulic cutting in soft slicing,the value of drilling cuttings gas desorption index K 1 was reduced to 0.39 mL/(g·min 1/2),and the outburst danger was eliminated.The driving speed of coal roadway was increased to 1.96~2.58 times of the original one,which realized the safe and rapid driving of working face.
