摘 要:针对含软弱夹层煤巷围岩变形问题,文章采用现场监测及理论分析方法对巷道围岩变形特征、煤体滑移机理及其控制方法进行研究。结果表明:随回采工作面推进,巷道围岩表现为缓慢-快速-平稳波动变形特征;受软弱夹层的影响,巷道煤柱帮泥岩夹层上部煤体滑移方向将由向巷道内滑移转变为向采空区方向滑移,煤柱帮2 m范围内将发生失稳破坏;通过减少工作面回风巷煤柱帮上部直接顶水平变形量,可减少回风巷煤柱帮煤体滑移量,研究提出了对相邻工作面主运巷上部直接顶及基本顶断顶的巷道变形控制方法。理论分析结果表明,回风巷煤柱帮上部直接顶水平变形量小于16.2 mm,可有效控制煤巷围岩变形。In view of the deformation problem of coal roadway with weak interlayer,the deformation characteristics,coal sliding mechanism and control methods of roadway surrounding rock are studied by field monitoring and theoretical analysis.The results show that with the advance of the mining face,the surrounding rock of the roadway shows the characteristics of slow-fast-steady fluctuation deformation.Due to the influence of the weak interlayer,the sliding direction of the coal body above the mudstone interlayer of the coal pillar side of the roadway will change from the slip in the roadway to the goaf direction,and the instability failure will occur within 2 m of the coal pillar side.By reducing the horizontal deformation of the upper direct roof of the coal pillar in the return air lane of the working face,the coal body slip of the coal pillar wall of the return air lane can be reduced.The theoretical analysis results show that the horizontal deformation of the direct top of the coal pillar in the return air roadway is less than 16.2 mm,which can effectively control the deformation of the coal roadway surrounding rock.
