摘 要:文章通过分析选煤厂废弃煤泥理化性质,选择废弃煤泥作为防灭火材料的组分,与以羧甲基纤维素为基体的阻燃凝胶复合应用于煤矿防灭火领域。通过对废弃煤泥的粒径、黏度、含水量等参数进行测定,确定煤泥具有良好的黏结性,含水率达36.13%,且粒度分布也适合用于抑制煤自燃。通过测定不同比例组分下胶凝时间,确定水、煤泥以及凝胶的最佳比例。通过应用最佳比例下煤泥浆防灭火材料与煤样的协同燃烧,有效降低了煤样的总释放热,且将烟释放速率降低至0.78 L/s.由此看来,复合材料具备阻燃性和抑烟性,能够在降低煤自燃风险的同时减少对环境的污染。Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of waste coal slime in coal preparation plant,waste coal slime is selected as the component of anti-fire material,and the composite gel based on carboxymethyl cellulose is applied in the field of anti-fire in coal mine.By measuring the particle size,viscosity,water content and other parameters of the waste coal slime,it is confirmed that the coal slime has good bonding property,the water content is up to 36.13%,and the particle size distribution is suitable for restraining coal spontaneous combustion.The optimum ratio of water,slime and gel was determined by measuring the gelling time of different proportion components.The combined combustion of coal slurry and coal sample with optimal ratio can effectively reduce the total release heat of coal sample and reduce the smoke release rate to 0.78 L/s.It can be seen that the composite material has flame retardancy and smoke suppression,which can reduce the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal and reduce the pollution to the environment.
