摘 要:生物气溶胶是新发突发传染病快速传播的重要途径,也是生物武器攻击的常见释放手段。生物气溶胶扩散速度快、防护难度高、成分鉴定困难,是生物安全防御相关研究的关键课题。利用基于激光诱导荧光雷达技术的装置远程探测生物气溶胶是提高生物气溶胶防御水平的有效手段。本文对该技术的基本原理、技术类型、技术进展和应用开发等展开综述,以期阐明该技术的发展现况,为我国生物安全装备研发工作者提供借鉴。Bioaerosol is one of the most important ways for the rapid spread of emergent infectious diseases and a common route of bioweapon attack.Bioaerosol has become a focus in biosafety defense because of its fast diffusion,great protection difficulty and difficult composition identification.Developing a remote detection device based on laserinduced fluorescence light detection and ranging is an effective mean to improve the defense against bioaerosol.This review summarizes the principles,types,progress and application of this technology,so as to elucidate the current status and provide reference for China’s biosafety equipment research and development.
