摘　　要：混凝土结构是应用最为广泛的民用建筑结构形式,其安全性鉴定质量对社会安全影响深远。鉴定技术人员与管理机构应立足工程项目具体构建现状,明确鉴定目的、范围及安全隐患,严格落实安全性鉴定工作要点,从而提升鉴定质量,保障房屋安全、维护社会安全。Concrete structure is the most widely-used structural form of civil architecture,and the quality of its safety appraisal has deep influence on social security.Relevant appraising technicians and management institutions shall take specific details of engineering projects into consideration,make clear the goals,scope and potential risks of safety appraisal and strictly implement key points of this work,so as to improve appraisal quality,safeguard housing safety and maintain social security.
