喀斯特特有耐旱植物地枫皮抗氧化系统的水分响应特征研究

摘　　要：以1年生地枫皮为试验材料,设置对照、干旱和干旱后复水3种水分处理,考察地枫皮叶片相对含水量、过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的变化,探明干旱胁迫及干旱后复水对地枫皮抗氧化防御系统的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫导致地枫皮细胞脱水,水分亏缺增加了叶片的MDA含量,SOD、CAT、POD活性均降低。干旱后复水提高了叶片含水量和CAT活性,其中叶片含水量达到对照水平,表明地枫皮干旱复水后植株表现出较强的恢复能力。地枫皮过氧化物酶系统对干旱和干旱后复水处理均表现出相应的响应特征,可能与其干旱适应能力有关。One-year-old Illicium difengpi was used as experimental material,three water treatments were set up:control,drought and rewatering after drought,the changes of relative water content,peroxide products malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)in leaves of Illicium difengpi were investigated to explore the effects of drought stress and rewatering after drought on the antioxidant defense system of Illicium difengpi.The results showed that the drought stress resulted in dehydration of Illicium difengpi cells,increased in MDA content,and decreased in the activities of SOD,CAT and POD.Rewatering treatment increased the leaf water content and CAT activity,and the leaf water content reached the control level,indicating that Illicium difengpi had strong recovery ability after drought rewatering.The peroxidase system of Illicium difengpi showed corresponding response characteristics to drought and rewatering after drought,which may be related to its drought adaptation ability.
