公园水体浮游藻类与富营养化评价——以望海公园为例

摘  要:为了解昭通市望海公园的水体情况,2019年5月—2020年5月对该公园的浮游藻类组成进行调查,并根据浮游藻类的种类及数量,利用污染指示藻类评价法、理化指标评价法、复合藻商指数法对其水体进行了初步评价。结果显示,从望海公园水体样品中共鉴定出浮游藻类7门81属231种。其中,绿藻门135种和硅藻门46种在种类和数量上均占据优势,其次为裸藻门25种。3种评定方法的结果显示,望海公园的水质呈现富营养化。In order to understand the water body situation of Wanghai Park in Zhaotong City,the composition of phytoplankton in the park was investigated from May 2019 to May 2020.According to the type and quantity of phytoplankton,the water body was preliminarily evaluated using the pollution indicator algae evaluation method,the physical and chemical index evaluation method,and the composite algal quotient evaluation method.The results showed that a total of 231 species belonging to 81 genera and 7 phyla were identified from water samples collected from Wanghai Park.Among them,135 species of chlorophyta and 46 species of diatom were dominant in species and quantity,followed by 25 species of euglenophyta.The results of the three assessment methods showed that the water quality of Wanghai Park was eutrophication.
