摘 要:探讨不同微生物菌剂对土壤养分和西瓜生长的影响,以西瓜品种“美都”为试验材料,采用田间试验的方法,研究施用枯草芽孢杆菌(T1)、玫瑰黄链霉菌(T2)、密旋链霉菌(T3)、哈茨木霉菌(T4)、胶质芽孢杆菌(T4)以及不施用菌剂为对照(CK)对土壤养分、西瓜植株生物量和主根长以及西瓜产量和品质的影响,为筛选出连作西瓜栽培中适宜施入的微生物菌剂种类提供理论依据。结果表明,不同微生物菌剂处理均可以不同程度提高土壤养分含量、降低pH,提高西瓜植株生物量和主根长,提高西瓜产量,改善西瓜品质,但枯草芽孢杆菌、玫瑰黄链霉菌、密旋链霉菌在增产和改善品质方面的作用有限。与CK相比,哈茨木霉菌处理产量增加16.13%,胶质芽孢杆菌处理可溶性糖、维生素C、中部可溶性固形物含量分别增加22.97%、25.93%、23.66%。综上所述,不同微生物菌剂对西瓜生长均有积极作用,其中哈茨木霉菌增产效果最为显著,胶质芽孢杆菌改善品质效果最佳。To explore the effects of different microbial agents on soil nutrients and watermelon growth,the watermelon variety“Meidu”was used as the test material,field experiment was used as the test method to study the effects of soil nutrients,watermelon plant biomass,taproot length,fruit yield and quality with application of Bacillus subtilis(T 1),Streptomyces roseus(T 2),Streptomyces triclosus(T 3),Trichoderma harzianum(T 4),Bacillus glialis(T 4)and no application of inoculants(CK),to provide a theoretical basis for screening out the types of microbial agents suitable for continuous cropping watermelon cultivation.The result showed that different microbial agents could improve soil nutrients content,reduce pH value,increase plant biomass and taproot length,increase watermelon yield,and improve watermelon quality to varying degrees,but Bacillus subtilis,Streptomyces roseus and Streptomyces triceps had limited effects in increasing yield and improving quality.Compared with CK,the yield of Trichoderma harzianum increased by 16.13%,the contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C and middle soluble solids of Bacillus colloids increased by 22.97%,25.93%,and 23.66%.In summary,different microbial agents had positive effects on the growth of watermelon,among which Trichoderma harzianum had the most significant yield increase effect,and Bacillus colloidii had the best quality improvement effect.
