摘　　要：核桃是世界上重要的经济树种和木本油料树种,具有巨大的经济、社会和生态效益。从生产和贸易2个环节对近60年来世界和我国核桃产业的发展历史与现状进行总结分析并提出发展建议。世界核桃产业和贸易呈现持续增长的趋势。我国核桃产量和栽培面积位居世界第一,但由于其相关产品的国际竞争力较弱,导致核桃产品的进口增速高于出口增速,我国核桃产业发展潜力亟待进一步发掘。对我国核桃生产加工以及销售环节提出了改进建议。Walnut is an important economic tree species and woody oil tree species in the world,which has great economic,social and ecological benefits.The development history and current situation of the walnut industry in the world and China in the past 60 years were summarized and analyzed in this paper from the two aspects of production and trade.The results indicated that the world walnut industry and trade showed a trend of continuous growth.Walnut production and cultivation area of China ranks first in the world,however,due to the weak international competitiveness of its related products,the growth rate of imports of walnut products was higher than that of exports,and the development potential of walnut industry in China needed to be further explored.This paper put forward improvement measures for walnut production,processing and sales.
