摘  要:针对锅炉补给水处理系统提高回收利用率的方法进行研究,采用两级反渗透(RO)技术进行过滤,且不进行任何额外的水处理。生产电导率低于2μs/cm的滤液可用于制备补给水,无须离子交换工艺,可减少资本和运营支出,并在可行和适当的情况下提高火力发电站水处理系统的可靠性。采用反渗透技术的同时也可以减少工程人员的工作量,提高水处理装置的运行稳定性与回收率。实验证明,该系统水处理总溶解固体可调整至接近最大允许水平,减少了排污过程中产生的锅炉水损失,有效提高了锅炉补给水回收率。The method of improving the recovery rate of boiler making-up water treatment system is studied.The two-stage reverse osmosis(RO)technology is used for filtration without any additional water treatment.The production conductivity is less than 2μs/cm filtrate,which can be used to prepare making-up water without ion exchange process,reduce capital and operating expenses,and improve the reliability of water treatment system of thermal power plant.Using reverse osmosis technology can also reduce the workload of engineers and improve the operation stability and recovery rate of water treatment plant.Experiments show that the total dissolved solids in the water treatment system can be adjusted to close to the maximum allowable level,which may reduce the boiler water loss in the sewage discharge process and effectively improve the recovery rate of boiler make-up water.
