摘　　要：针对校园一卡通系统容易出现卡库不平、到账不实时、开放性差等问题,结合高校师生对于线上支付和移动支付的迫切需求,提出一套以在线支付平台为基础、合并电子账户和卡账户、实体卡消费和虚拟卡消费并存的校园移动支付解决方案。建立基于云架构的在线支付平台,设计支付二维码、手机扫码消费流程、在线支付流程和支付接口,实现移动、智能、开放的校园卡在线支付服务。Aiming at the problems of uneven card library,no real-time receipt of accounts,poor openness as well as the urgent needs of college teachers and students for online payment and mobile payment in the campus all-in-one card through system,a set of online payment platform is proposed based on the online payment platform to merge electronic accounts with cards,and achieve the coexistence of physical and virtual card consumption.An online payment platform based on cloud architecture was established,and the payment QR code,mobile phones scanning consumption process,online payment process and payment interface were designed to realize the mobile,intelligent and open online payment service of campus cards.
