低分子肝素联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗下肢静脉栓塞的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析低分子肝素联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗下肢静脉栓塞的效果及安全性。方法86例下肢静脉栓塞患者,采用数字抽签方法分为联合组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,联合组采用低分子肝素联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后下肢血流速度、血管内径及凝血功能指标。结果治疗后,两组下肢血流速度和血管内径均优于治疗前,且联合组下肢血流速度(27.38±5.63)cm/s和血管内径(4.37±0.67)mm均优于对照组的(22.29±5.14)cm/s、(5.81±0.83)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率97.67%高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均优于治疗前,且联合组D-D(0.31±0.05)mg/L、PT(12.19±1.04)s、APTT(33.61±4.26)s均优于对照组的(0.39±0.07)mg/L、(10.38±0.75)s、(30.08±3.87)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下肢静脉栓塞采用低分子肝素联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗疗效显著且安全性高,能够帮助患者改善下肢静脉血流动力学和机体的凝血功能。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of low molecular weight heparin combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of lower limb venous embolism.Methods A total of 86 patients with lower limb venous embolism were divided into combination group and control group by digital lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the combination group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,lower limb blood flow velocity,vascular diameter,coagulation function index before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the lower limb blood flow velocity and vascular diameter in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the lower limb blood flow velocity of(27.38±5.63)cm/s and vascular diameter of(4.37±0.67)mm in the combination group were better than those of(22.29±5.14)cm/s and(5.81±0.83)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of 79.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,D-dimer(D-D),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the combination group had D-D of(0.31±0.05)mg/L,PT of(12.19±1.04)s and APTT of(33.61±4.26)s,which were better than those of(0.39±0.07)mg/L,(10.38±0.75)s and(30.08±3.87)s in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream is effective and safe in the treatment of lower limb venous embolism,which can help patients improve the lower limb venous hemo
