中药调剂管理在中药房调剂中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究中药调剂管理在中药房调剂中的应用价值。方法随机选择中药房2020年3月~2021年4月接受常规管理患者的281张处方作为对照组,另抽取2021年5月~2022年4月接受中药调剂管理患者的304张处方作为研究组。对比两组中药房调剂差错(调配剂量错误、调配药材替换、调配过程中浪费)发生率、处方问题(质量不合格、书写不规范、交代问题、称量不准)发生率、中药管理质量评分及患者满意度。结果研究组调配剂量错误、调配药材替换、调配过程中浪费的发生率分别为8.55%、12.50%、10.86%,均低于对照组的13.88%、18.51%、17.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组处方问题发生率5.59%低于对照组的10.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中药分类、药房环境、中药保管、服务态度评分分别为(8.56±1.02)、(9.12±0.45)、(9.30±0.22)、(8.97±0.71)分,均明显高于对照组的(7.34±1.79)、(8.53±0.60)、(8.27±1.05)、(8.10±1.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度94.08%高于对照组的89.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药调剂管理能够减少中药房调剂的差错率,避免处方出现问题,增强中药调剂管理水平,管理效果良好,患者满意度高,值得推广。Objective To study the application value of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy dispensing.Methods 281 prescriptions that received conventional management in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy from March 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected as the control group,and another 304 prescriptions that received traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study group.Both groups were compared in terms of incidence of dispensing errors(dispensing dosage error,dispensing medicine replacement,waste during dispensing)and prescription problems(unqualified quality,writing irregularities,accounting problems,weighing inaccuracies),the quality scores of the management of traditional Chinese medicines,and patients'satisfaction.Results The incidence rates of dispensing dosage error,dispensing medicine replacement and waste during dispensing in the study group were 8.55%,12.50% and 10.86%,which were lower than those of 13.88%,18.51% and 17.79% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of prescription problems in the study group was 5.59%,which was lower than that of 10.68% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Chinese medicine classification,pharmacy environment,Chinese medicine storage and service attitude were(8.56±1.02),(9.12±0.45),(9.30±0.22)and(8.97±0.71)points in the study group,which were significantly higher than those of(7.34±1.79),(8.53±0.60),(8.27±1.05)and(8.10±1.11)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 94.08%,which was higher than that of 89.32% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management can reduce the dispensing error rate in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,avoid prescription problems,and enhance
