达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月咸宁市通山县中医医院收治的T2DM患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各60例。研究组采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用二甲双胍联合格列美脲治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、体重指数(BMI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:T2DM患者采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者血脂、血糖指标及BMI水平,且不会升高不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 120 patients with T2DM admitted to Xianning City Tongshan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated with dapagliflozin and metformin,and the control group was treated with metformin and glimepiride.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides,and body mass index(BMI)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in patients with T2DM is significant,which can effectively improve the patient's blood lipid,blood glucose index and BMI level without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
