低温等离子射频消融术治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术(ELTPRA)治疗变态反应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的AR患者102例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组实施微波术治疗,观察组实施ELTPRA治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。术后3个月,观察组鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏评分低于对照组,糖精清除时间短于对照组,鼻阻力、鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷评分低于对照组,白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)/CD4^(+)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ELTRRA治疗AR的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应,提高免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation(ELTPRA)in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 102 AR patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave surgery,and the observation group was treated with ELTPRA.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).At 3 months after surgery,the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,runny nose and sneeze in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the saccharin clearance time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the nasal resistance and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+)/CD4^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ELTPRA has a significant effect in the treatment of AR,which can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve immune function.
