CT引导下针刺奇神经节治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下针刺奇神经节治疗产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年2—7月佛山市高明区人民医院收治的产后SUI患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为CT引导下针刺组及常规针刺组,各30例。常规针刺组对奇神经节点进行针刺治疗,CT引导下针刺组在CT引导下进行针刺治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:CT引导下针刺组1 h尿垫试验漏尿量、平均24 h漏尿次数少于常规针刺组,尿失禁问卷简表评分低于常规针刺组,盆底表面肌电评估结果优于常规针对刺组,治疗有效率高于常规针刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT引导下针刺奇神经节治疗SUI的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,改善盆底肌功能。objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of CT-guided needle penetration of impar-ganglion in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:60 patients with postpartum SUI admitted to Gaoming District People's Hospital of Foshan City from February to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into CT-guided needling group and conventional needling group according to the randomized numerical table method,each with 30 cases.The conventional needling group was treated with needling in impar-ganglion without CT guidance whiles the CT-guided needling group under CT guidance.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:urine amount in the incontinence pads one hour after needling test and urination frequency within 24 hours after treatment were recorded.The data in CT guided group was lesser than those in conventional needing group.The understanding incontinence Scaled scores in CT guided group was lower than those of the conventional needling group while the pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment results were better than those of the conventional needling group.The therapeutic effect was besser than that of the conventional needling group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT-guided needling of impar ganglion works effective in treating SUI,which can relieve patients'clinical symptoms and improve pelvic floor muscle function.
