连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素颗粒治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素颗粒治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年8月武汉工程大学医院收治的儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组在常规退热、祛痰及止咳平喘基础上给予阿奇霉素颗粒,观察组在对照组基础上给予连花清瘟颗粒。比较两组症状缓解时间、肺功能及炎性因子水平。结果:观察组发热、咳嗽咳痰、喘息及肺部啰音缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸峰流速、第1秒用力呼气容积高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素可以快速缓解MPP患儿的临床症状,促进肺功能恢复,减轻炎性反应。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Lianhua Qingdian Granules combined with Azithromycin in treating of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.METHODS:86 children with MPP admitted to Wuhan University of Engineering Hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 43 cases.The control group was given azithromycin granules in addition of conventional antipyretic,expectorant and antitussive while the observation group was given Lianhua Qingdian granules on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of symptom relief time,lung function and inflammatory factor level.Results:The relief time of fever,cough and sputum,wheezing and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that those the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment peak respiratory flow rate and expiratory volume with exertion in the first second of lung function test were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingdian granules combined with azithromycin can rapidly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with MPP,promote the recovery of lung function and reduce the inflammatory response.
