针刀笔联合助肠饮治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刀笔联合助肠饮治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年9月顾村镇菊泉新城社区卫生服务中心、上海交大附属第六人民医院收治的气阴两虚型功能性便秘患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=33)。对照组给予麻仁丸治疗,观察组采用针刀笔联合助肠饮治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。治疗后,两组主证评分、次证评分、总分及生理状态、心理状态、担忧程度、满意度各项生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀笔联合助肠饮治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture-scalpel pen combined with Zhu-Chang-Yin Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with deficiency of qi and yin.Methods:68 patients with functional constipation of the type of qi and yin deficiency according to TCM diagnosis admitted to Juquan New City Community Health Service Center of Gucun Town and the Sixth People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University were selected as the study subjects from October 2020 to September 2021,and were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=33)using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given Ma Ren Pill,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture-scalpel pen combined with Zhu-Chang-Yin Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).After treatment the following scaled scores were reduced,the scaled scores of primary syndrome,scores of secondary syndrome.The total score and the quality of life scores of physiological state,psychological state,degree of worry and satisfaction of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture-scalpel pen combined with Zhu-Chang-Yin Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with deficiency of qi and yin is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
