HBV血清学标志物联合HBV-DNA定量检测在HBV感染诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:分析乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清学标志物联合HBV-DNA定量检测在HBV感染诊断中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月—2022年10月于灌南县第一人民医院行进行HBV血清标志物及HBV-DNA定量检测的1120例患者的临床资料,按照HBV血清标志物检查结果分为大三阳组(n=320)、小三阳组(n=360)、其他组(n=440),比较三组HBV-DNA检验结果。结果:HBV-DNA阳性率、HBV-DNA定量均为大三阳组>小三阳组>其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1120张化验单中,550例为HBV-DNA阳性样本,其中HBsAg阳性率为96.4%(530/550),HBeAg阳性率为40.0%(220/550)。结论:HBV血清标志物、HBV-DNA定量检测在临床上联合应用,能为乙型肝炎诊断提供准确参考,有利于临床筛选、诊断和鉴别HBV感染。Objective:To analyze the application effect of hepatitis B virus(HBV)serological markers combined with HBV-DNA quantitative detection in the diagnosis of HBV infection.Methods:The clinical data of 1120 patients who underwent HBV serological markers combined with HBV-DNA quantitative detection in the Guannan County First People's Hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of HBV serological markers,the patients were divided into large three positive group(n=320),small three positive group(n=360)and other group(n=440).The results of HBVDNA test in the three groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of HBV-DNA and the quantification of HBV-DNA were ranked as follows:large three positive group>small three positive group>other group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 1120 test sheets,550 cases were HBV-DNA positive samples,of which the positive rate of HBsAg was 96.4%(530/550)and the positive rate of HBeAg was 40.0%(220/550).Conclusion:The combined application of HBV serological markers and HBV-DNA quantitative detection in clinical setting can provide an accurate reference for the diagnosis of hepatitis B,and is conducive to clinical screening,diagnosis and identification of HBV infection.
