皮肤美容模式联合精细化面部护理在强脉冲光治疗痤疮患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤美容模式联合精细化面部护理在强脉冲光治疗痤疮患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年11月于湘潭市中心医院行强脉冲光治疗的痤疮患者100例作为研究对象,按照双色球法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规皮肤美容模式护理,观察组采用皮肤美容模式联合精细化面部护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组症状自评量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组自我护理能力量表、Frankl依从量表评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率、护理总满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤美容模式联合精细化面部护理干预可改善强脉冲光治疗患者的负面情绪,提升患者自我护理能力,提高治疗依从性及护理总满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of skin aesthetic mode combined with fine facial care in treatment of acne patients with intense pulsed light.Methods:From November 2020 to November 2021,100 patients with acne treated with intense pulsed light in the Xiangtan Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the double color ball method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional skin aesthetic mode care and the observation group received skin aesthetic mode combined with fine facial care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of the Symptom Self-rating Scale in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the scores of the Self-Care Ability Scale and Frankl Compliance Scale in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total response rate and total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of skin aesthetic mode combined with fine facial care can improve the negative emotions of patients treated with intense pulsed light,improve their self-care ability,improve treatment compliance and total nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
