摘　　要：目的:探讨多感官促醒护理模式对脑性昏迷患者觉醒意识与预后的影响。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月湘雅博爱康复医院收治的脑性昏迷患者72例作为研究对象,以双色球法分为传统组与研究组,各36例。传统组实施传统护理模式,研究组实施多感官促醒护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,研究组格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于传统组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组苏醒有效率高于传统组,苏醒时间短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组预后良好率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:脑性昏迷患者实施多感官促醒护理模式的效果显著,能够改善昏迷情况,促进神经功能恢复,缩短苏醒时间,改善预后。Objective:To explore the effect of multi-sensory wake-promoting nursing mode on awakening consciousness and prognosis of patients with cerebral coma.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cerebral coma admitted to Xiangya Boai Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the two-color ball method,they were divided into the traditional group and the study group,with 36 cases in each group.The traditional group implemented the traditional nursing mode,and the study group implemented the multi-sensory wake-promoting nursing mode.Nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Glasgow Coma Scale score in the study group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The awakening efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the traditional group and the awakening time in the study group was shorter than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The good prognosis rate in the study group was higher than that in the traditional group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.001).Conclusion:The effect of multi-sensory wake-promoting nursing mode for patients with cerebral coma is remarkable,which can improve the coma,promote the recovery of neurological function,shorten the awakening time,and improve the prognosis.
