摘 要:目的:分析无偿献血人群流失原因,制定相应的招募策略。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2022年12月山东省血液中心无偿献血情况,并通过血站管理系统随机抽取流失献血者1000例,调查献血者流失原因。结果:2018—2022年采血总人数整体呈增加趋势。2021、2022年初次献血者占比低于2020年,2022年初次献血者占比低于2018年;2021、2022年重复献血、固定献血者占比高于2020年,2022年重复献血、固定献血者占比高于2018年;2022年回归献血者占比高于2018年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。献血者流失原因主要为交通、时间不便、忘记献血、身体状况不宜献血、离开本市、产生过献血反应、家人反对、献血服务不满意、献血检测不合格、用血不便利。结论:2018—2022年采血总人数整体呈增加趋势,但固定献血者的比例相对偏低。无偿献血工作中应针对流失原因制定改进策略,针对流失人群制定招募计划,构建固定的无偿献血团队,保证血源供应充足。Objective:To analyze the reasons for the loss of unpaid blood donors and formulate the corresponding recruitment strategies.Methods:The unpaid blood donations in Blood Center of Shandong Province from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 1000 unpaid blood donors were randomly selected through the management system of Blood Center to investigate the reasons for the loss of unpaid blood donors.Results:In 2018-2022,the total number of people taking blood was generally increasing.The percentage of first blood donors in 2021 and 2022 was lower than that in 2020,and the percentage of first blood donors in 2022 was lower than that in 2018;The percentage of repeat blood donors and fixed blood donors in 2021 and 2022 was higher than that in 2020,and the percentage of repeat blood donors and fixed blood donors in 2022 was higher than that in 2018;The percentage of returning blood donors in 2022 was higher than that in 2018,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main reasons for the loss of blood donors were the inconvenience of transportation and time,forgetting to donate blood,physical conditions unfit to donate blood,leaving the city,having a blood donation reaction,family opposition,dissatisfaction with blood donation service,unqualified in blood donation test,and inconvenient use of blood.Conclusion:In 2018-2022,the total number of people taking blood is generally increasing,but the percentage of fixed blood donors is relative low.In the work of unpaid blood donation,improvement strategies should be formulated according to the reasonss for loss,recruitment plans should be formulated for the loss population,and a fixed unpaid blood donation team should be established to ensure adequate blood supply.
