摘 要:某工程缝翼结构疲劳试验载荷谱复杂、载荷工况压心分散,目前的载荷处理方法无法满足误差要求,针对这个问题,本文提出了一种基于试验工况差异分类的疲劳载荷优化处理方法。依据某工程缝翼疲劳试验工况载荷大小及压心分布特征,对疲劳试验工况进行多个差异分类,考虑扭矩及工况加载频次权重确定了加载点位置,并依据分类特征采取相应的载荷处理原则及误差控制原则。最后,采用静力试验载荷分配方法得到各加载点的节点分布,为后续类似复杂受载的活动翼面疲劳试验载荷处理提供了依据。Since the current load processing method cannot meet the error requirements of fatigue test for an engineering slat structure of a certain aircraft which bears complicated load,this paper proposes an optimal processing method for fatigue load based on differential classification of test conditions.According to the load magnitude and the distribution characteristics of the pressure centers,the fatigue test load-conditions of an engineering slat are clarified into multiple types.The loading points are determined taking account of the torque as well as the weight of load conditions occurring frequency,then the corresponding load processing and error controlling principles are applied.Finally,the load distribution method for static test is used to obtain the node distribution of each loading point,which provides a reference for following similar load processing of fatigue test for mobile airfoils bearing complicated load.
