摘  要:本文旨在为多点力协调加载系统的现场校准研究设计一套协调加载校准装置,该装置应满足一定变形要求及承载能力。选用有限元及理论计算相结合的方法,考虑工程实施便利及经费因素,确定校准模型的选材、结构形式,模拟悬臂双梁式机翼结构模式。首先,采用优化算法对单根工字梁的尺寸进行优化计算,基于优化结果确定了整个结构的尺寸,并采用有限元手段对校准装置进行了强度校核。校核结果满足工程需求,对后续类似校准装置的设计提供了设计思路。The purpose of this paper is to design a set of coordinated loading calibration device for the field calibration of multi-point force coordinated loading system,and the device should meet certain deformation requirements and load-bearing capacity.The method of combining finite element and theoretical calculation is used to determine the material and structural form of the calibration model and simulate the cantilever twin beam wing structure.First of all,the optimization algorithm is used to optimize the size of a single I-beam.Based on the optimization results,the size of the entire structure is determined.The strength of the calibration device is checked by finite element method.The check results meet the engineering requirements,which provides a design idea for similar calibration devices.
