摘 要:安全生产管理是一门跨自然科学和社会科学的综合性边缘学科,随生产的发展而发展。高校是我国科技创新发展的前沿阵地,实验室是高校孕育创新的沃土。近年来,随着我国科研能力不断增强、科研投入不断增大,高校科研活动的前沿性、创新性以及实验人员的流动性、复杂性对实验室安全管理提出了更高的要求。从事故致因和安全原理出发,讨论了系统原理、人本原理、预防原理、强制原理等安全原理在高校实验室安全管理中的应用,有助于提升高校实验室安全管理水平。Safety production management is a comprehensive and marginal frontier discipline,involving natural science and social science,which has become an emerging profession with the development of social productivity.Colleges and universities are essential pioneers in the development of scientific and technological innovation in China,and the laboratory is the basis for innovation in colleges and universities.The investment in China's scientific research capacity has been increasing.Meanwhile the improvement of scientific research ability has put forward higher requirements for the frontier and innovation of scientific research activities in colleges and universities,as well as the mobility and complexity of laboratory personnel.The above aspects have created challenges for laboratory safety management.This study contributes to the improvement of laboratory safety management in universities from the perspective of accident causation and safety principles.The application of safety principles,such as system principle,human principle,prevention principle and coercion principle,in the safety management of university laboratories is discussed.
