工程建设类专业集群实践教学体系的思考

摘  要:随着现代科学技术的发展,用人单位的需求逐步趋向于复合型、应用型人才,这对高校人才培养既是新的机遇也是挑战。新形势下专业集群培养模式如何有效建设和发展,是各高校亟待解决的问题。以三峡大学科技学院为例,分析了工程建设类专业(集群)培养模式的特点,总结了目前培养模式对专业集群发展的影响。通过对专业集群概念的理解,构建了分级教学、三级实践和信息交叉互补的专业集群实践教学体系,该体系能够充分体现专业集群的集群效应和内涵式发展,也能为同类高校构建行之有效的实践教学体系提供参考。The requirement on employers gradually tend to compound and applied talents with the development of modern science and technology,the new opportunities and challenges in the reform of talent training in colleges and universities was provided,how to build and develop effectively in training mode is also an urgent problem.On the basis of analyzes the characteristics of the training mode of engineering construction specialty(cluster),this paper summarized the influence of the current training mode on the development of professional cluster training take the College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University for example.The fully reflected cluster effect and connotative development graded teaching mode,three-stage teaching method and information cross complementary mode practical teaching system has been established based on analyzed the concept of professional cluster,provided reference for the construction of effective practical teaching system in similar universities.
