摘 要:优化设备资源配置,有利于提高设备利用率,减少智能化预制厂房建造成本,进而提高企业效益。以大型混凝土构件智能化预制厂房为研究对象,基于智能优化算法,根据预制构件生产流程特点,考虑工人的工作时间及各工序的连续性,构建设备资源配置最优化模型,并在双变异策略的基础上结合自适应变异算子的差分进化算法(differential evolution, DE)对模型进行求解,从而得到混凝土构件智能化预制厂房设备资源配置的最佳方案。Optimizing the allocation of equipment resources is conducive to improving the utilization rate of equipment,reducing the construction cost of intelligent prefabricated plant,and improving the enterprise benefits.Based on the intelligent optimization algorithm,the intelligent prefabrication workshop of large concrete components was taken as the research object.According to the characteristics of the production process of prefabricated components,considering the working time of workers and the continuity of each process,the optimization model of equipment resource allocation was constructed,and the model was solved by combining the differential evolution algorithm of adaptive mutation operator on the basis of double mutation strategy.Thus,the best plan for equipment resource allocation of intelligent prefabricated concrete components workshop was obtained.
