摘  要:我国周边海域安全形势复杂,舰船战备任务拓展,确保舰船高在航率的压力逐年增加。论文针对现阶段舰船承修方在进度管控上存在的问题,结合项目进度管理理论以及Project 2016项目管理软件,制定科学的项目进度计划,并进一步结合关键链技术对原计划进行优化,通过减少人为设定的安全时间,增加缓冲区域的方式,压缩工期并提高项目进度计划抗风险能力。最后运用三色图法在进度控制阶段对偏差进行定量分析,采取赶工及快速跟进的手段,提高任务按期完工的概率。实践表明,通过变革舰船修理进度控制模式,可优化承修方的修期管控,从而保证舰船的在航率。The security situation in China's surrounding waters is complex,and the expansion of warship combat readiness tasks has increased the pressure to ensure the high rate of warships in flight year by year.Aiming at the problems existing in the prog⁃ress management and control of the ship repair party at the present stage,combined with the project progress management theory and the project management software—Project 2016,this paper formulates a scientific project progress plan,and further optimizes the original plan in combination with the key chain technology.By reducing the artificially set safety time and increasing the buffer area,this paper compresses the construction period and improves the anti risk ability of the project progress plan.Finally,the trichromatic chart method is used to quantitatively analyze the deviation in the progress control stage,and the means of expediting and rapid follow-up are adopted to improve the probability of completing the task on schedule.Practice shows that by changing the ship repair progress control mode,the repair period control of the repair contractor can be optimized,so as to ensure the ship's on-board rate.
