摘  要:论文设计了一种基于FPGA的高速数据采集装置,该系统以16通道采样芯片AD7490作为A/D采样芯片,选取Xilinx 7系FPGA作为主控芯片,实现了对9路数据进行采集的功能。结合上位机的数据解析功能对数据进行分解绘图。系统充分发挥了FPGA的高速处理能力与AD7490的高精度采集能力,综合性能优越,采集精度相较之前的采集装置,分层值下降了63.7%,系统采集性能有了极大的提高。经过验证,该系统可满足在恶劣现场环境下的模拟数据的采集与存储。This paper designs a high-speed data acquisition device based on FPGA.The system uses 16 channel sampling chip AD7490 as A/D sampling chip and Xilinx 7 Series FPGA as main control chip to realize the function of collecting 9 channels of data.Combine the data analysis function of the upper computer to decompose and draw the data.The system gives full play to the high-speed processing ability of FPGA and the high-precision acquisition ability of AD7490.The comprehensive performance is su⁃perior.Compared with the previous acquisition device,the acquisition accuracy is reduced by 63.7%and the system acquisition per⁃formance is greatly improved.After verification,the system can meet the collection and storage of analog data in harsh field environ⁃ment.
