摘 要:和若铁路预制装配式桥墩采用双柱式圆形空心墩结构,实现了拼装式桥墩的构件轻量化,满足当地的吊装能力及运输条件,减小了接缝数量,提高了结构耐久性。桥墩采用预应力钢束连接,提高了拼装速度,实现了桥墩施工现场零浇筑,发挥了预制装配式结构的优势;对传统的自沉式P锚及OVM自锁式锚具进行试验研究,验证了两种锚固方式的可靠性,为今后两种锚具在装配式桥墩上的应用提供技术支持;提出铁路桥梁盖梁、墩身、承台及桩基预制拼装化结构,确定了连接方式、施工工艺及拼装方法,初步探索铁路桥梁下部结构全预制技术;对不同的连接方式、桥墩的拟静力抗震性能、施工工艺等开展实尺试验研究。预制装配式桥墩研究成果应用在和若铁路434个桥墩中,为预制装配式桥墩在铁路桥梁上的应用积累经验。The prefabricated pier of Hetian-Ruoqiang Railway adopts the double-column hollow pier structure,which realizes the component lightweight of the assembled pier,fully meets the local lifting capacity and transportation conditions,reduces the number of joints,and improves the durability of the structure.The pier is connected by prestressed steel strand,which improves the assembly speed,realizes the zero concrete pouring on the pier construction site,and brings the superiority of the prefabricated structure into full play;the traditional self-sinking P-anchor and OVM self-locking anchor are tested and studied,and the reliability of the two anchoring methods is verified,which provides technical support for the future application of the two anchoring devices in the assembled pier;the railway bridge canal cover beam,pier body,cap and pile foundation prefabricated structure are put forward,the connection mode,construction technology and assembly method are determined,and preliminary exploration is conducted on the railway bridge canal substructure full prefabrication technology;the full scale test is carried out on different connection modes,pseudo-static seismic performance and construction technology of bridge piers.The prefabricated bridge has been researched and applied in 434 piers of Hetian-Ruoqiang Railway,accumulating experience for the application of prefabricated pier on bridge of railway.
