摘  要:为对大跨度铁路斜拉桥恒载索力监测数据进行提取,以某大跨度铁路斜拉桥为依托工程,提出了一种基于加速度数据的拉索频差自动化识别和索力快速计算的方法,既可提高索力识别精度又可提升海量监测数据的利用效率。更进一步的,利用大跨度铁路桥梁的运营特点,通过选取每日夜间无车时段的监测数据,剔除了列车荷载和日照梯度温度荷载对索力的影响,再通过分析连续多日无车时段的索力与温度相关性,探索索力与整体升降温荷载的关系,进而实现恒载索力的监测与提取,并与有限元模型的计算结果进行校验。结果表明:(1)通过监测数据统计分析,本桥边长索索力与整体升降温荷载呈显著线形正相关,其相关系数均值约为3.19 kN/℃;(2)有限元模型分析结果中,对应升温1℃引起的索力变化值为3.35 kN,与监测数据分析结果误差仅为4.78%。证明该方法提取的恒载索力结果可靠,为大跨度斜拉桥恒载索力的监测与评估提供了依据。In order to extract the cable force monitoring data of long-span railway cable-stayed bridge under dead load,this paper is based on a large-span railway cable-stayed bridge project to propose a method of automatic identification of cable frequency difference and rapid calculation of cable force based on acceleration data,which can not only improve the identification accuracy of cable force but also improve the utilization efficiency of massive monitoring data.Furthermore,based on the operation characteristics of long-span railway bridges,the influence of train load and sunshine gradient temperature load on cable force is eliminated by selecting the monitoring data of the daily night no-car period.Then,by analyzing the correlation between cable force and temperature,the relationship between cable force and the overall lifting and cooling load is explored,and the monitoring and extraction of cable force under constant load is realized,the calculation results are verified with the finite element model.The results show that:(1)Through statistical analysis of monitoring data,there is a significant linear positive correlation between the long cable force and the overall lifting and cooling load,and the correlation coefficient is about 3.19 kN/℃;(2)In the analysis results of the finite element model,the change value of cable force caused by the corresponding temperature rise of 1℃is 3.35 kN,and the error between the analysis results and the monitoring data is only 478%.It is proved that the result of dead load cable force extracted by this method is reliable,which provides a basis for monitoring and evaluating the dead load cable force of long-span cable-stayed bridges.
