摘  要:CFRP材料因质量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀等优点,是用于加固的理想材料。在当前的加固工程实践中,CFRP板的强度等级为2 400 MPa,初始预应力为800~1 000 MPa,很少有超过1 200 MPa。考虑提高初始预应力,可以更好发挥CFRP板的强度利用率,可以在提高材料用料的基础上,更好地提高加固效果。本文筛选出了3 000 MPa级的CFRP板,将其初始预应力水平提高至1 500~2 000 MPa,通过试验验证了高预应力CFRP板加固技术的可行性、实用性。试验结果表明,将CFRP板的初始预应力水平提高到1 500~2 000 MPa,对梁的加固效果更优,可以为今后的加固工程借鉴。CFRP material is an ideal material for strengthening due to its light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance.In the current reinforcement engineering practice,the strength grade of CFRP plate is 2400 MPa,the initial prestress is 800~1000 MPa,and rarely exceeds 1200 MPa.Considering improving the initial prestress,the strength utilization rate of CFRP plate can be better played,and the reinforcement effect can be better improved on the basis of improving the materials used.In this paper,3000 MPa CFRP plate is screened,and its initial prestress level is increased to 1500~2000 MPa.The feasibility and practicability of high prestress CFRP plate reinforcement technology are verified by experiments.The test results show that increasing the initial prestress level of CFRP plate to 1500~2000 MPa has better reinforcement effect on the beam,which can be used as reference for future reinforcement projects.
