摘 要:渝湘复线磨寨乌江特大桥属于矮塔斜拉桥,其中3#墩高216 m,目前在亚洲同类型桥梁墩柱中属于最高墩柱。桥区地处乌江深切“V”型河谷,河床坡降小,河漫滩不发育,两岸山体裂隙发育,构造复杂,地形地势陡峭,施工场地狭小。山区桥梁修建对施工场地规划布置、施工设备布置及选型、施工工艺等要求较高,本技术研究主要从现场平面布置规划、施工设备选型及布置、超高墩液压爬模施工优化、墩柱隔板施工优化等方面展开研究,成功解决了陡峭山区深谷桥梁修建的安全、质量、工期、环保等一系列难题,可以为后续同类型地形条件下的桥梁修建提供参考和借鉴。The Mozhai Wujiang River Bridge on the Chongqing-Hunan Double Line is a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge.The 3#pier is 216 m high,which is the highest pier in the same type of bridge piers in Asia.The bridge area is located in the deep"V"river valley of Wujiang River.The river bed slope is small,the floodplain is not developed,the mountain fissures on both sides are developed,the structure is complex,the terrain is steep,and the construction site is narrow.The construction of bridges in mountainous areas has high requirements on the planning and layout of construction sites,the layout and selection of construction equipment,and the construction technology.This technical research mainly focuses on the planning of site layout,the selection and layout of construction equipment,the optimization of hydraulic climbing formwork construction of super high piers,and the optimization of pier column partition construction.It has successfully solved a series of problems such as safety,quality,construction period and environmental protection in the construction of deep valley bridges in steep mountainous areas,which can provide reference for the construction of bridges under the same type of terrain conditions.
