摘　　要：中医药在新型冠状病毒疫情防控方面起到重要作用,让世界对中医药有了新的认识。但是,由于中医药的作用机制、药效物质、分子靶标等不明确,限制其广泛应用。代谢组学的出现为这一系列问题的解决提供切实可行的技术方法。通过对近2年有关文献的查阅,阐述代谢组学在证候或疾病的表征以及中药的药效评价、药效物质、作用机制、质量标志物等方面的研究进展,以期为代谢组学在中医药作用机制、药效物质等方面的深入研究提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in the prevention and control of COVID-19,which gives the world a new understanding of TCM.Due to the unclear mechanism of action,effective substances and molecular targets,its wide application is limited.The emergence of metabolomics provides a feasible technical method for solving this series of problems.Through the review of relevant literature in the past two years,this paper expounds the research progress of metabolomics in the characterization of syndromes/diseases,the evaluation of efficacy,effective substances,mechanism of action,quality markers and other aspects of TCM,in order to provide reference for the research of metabolomics in TCM.
