补气活血方熏洗联合穴位按摩治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究补气活血方熏蒸联合穴位按摩在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法:选取无锡市中医医院2021年6月~2022年6月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者136例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各68例。对照组口服依帕司他胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补气活血方熏洗联合穴位按摩治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、神经病变证候积分和神经传导速度。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,神经病变证候积分低于对照组,神经传导速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补气活血方熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗糖尿病周围神经病变利于提高临床治疗效果,改善周围神经病变症状,提高神经传导速度。Objective:To explore the application effect of Buqi Huoxue Recipe combined with acupoint massage in patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods:136 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy admitted to Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,68 cases in each group.The control group was treated by taking epalrestat capsule orally,and the observation group was treated by fumigation and washing with Buqihuoxue Formula combined with acupoint massage on this basis.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score of neuropathy and nerve conduction velocity were com‐pared between the two groups.Results:After one month of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the syndrome score of neuropathy was lower than that in the control group,and the nerve conduction velocity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fumigation and steaming of Buqi Huoxue Recipe combined with acupoint massage can im‐prove the clinical treatment effect,improve the symptoms of peripheral neuropathy,and increase the nerve conduction speed of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.
