抑木扶土针刺法治疗周围性面瘫后遗症经验总结

摘　　要：周围性面瘫后遗症(Sequela of peripheral facial paralysis)主要表现为面肌痉挛、联动综合征、面肌倒错等,此类症状容易对患者的生理及心理产生许多不良影响,李俐主任医师认为该病本质为正虚邪恋,机体气血亏虚加之外感风邪未解,与内生之肝风留恋互结从而导致疾病缠绵难愈,故面瘫后遗症期之治则当从调理肝脾二脏入手,其具体治法为益气养血,疏肝熄风。李俐主任医师针对此病机确立抑木扶土针刺法,选穴精当,针法独特,补泻结合,其临床疗效及预后可靠。Sequela of peripheral facial paralysis is mainly manifested by facial muscle spasm,linkage syndrome,facial muscle inversion,etc.Such symptoms easily have many adverse effects on the physiology and psychology of patients.Therefore,the treatment of facial palsy sequelae should start from regulating the liver and spleen,and the specific treatment method is to benefit the qi and nourish the blood,dredge the liver and quench the wind.Dr.Li Li,the chief physician,has established the acupuncture method of suppressing wood and supporting earth for this disease mechanism,with precise selection of acupuncture points,unique acupuncture method and combination of tonic and writing.
