摘　　要：背肌筋膜炎是骨伤科常见病、多发病之一,临床症状主要以背部疼痛伴功能活动受限为主。苏国宏主任经过三十余年临床实践总结,认为背肌筋膜炎的发生核心病因,当为“风、寒、湿三气杂至,合而为痹也”。太阳主表,太阳经气不利,则风、寒、湿三邪乘虚侵入人体,在经络中流注而发为本病。在治疗中当以调理太阳经经气为主,取穴当以太阳经穴结合局部压痛点为佳,同时配合辨证取穴治疗,且注意针刺手法,临床上往往可获得满意疗效。该文将介绍苏国宏主任从太阳经探讨针灸治疗背肌筋膜炎的经验。Back myofascitis is one of the common and frequent diseases in the department of orthopaedics.The main clinical symptoms are back pain with limited functional activities.After more than 30 years of clinical practice,Director Su Guohong concluded that the core cause of back muscle fasciitis should be"wind,cold,wet three qi mixed to,combined for bi also".Bladder meridian is the main table,bladder meridian through the Qi is not good,the wind,cold,wet three evil spirits invade the human body,in the meridians flow and hair for the disease.In the treatment,bladder meridian should be mainly adjusted,bladder meridian combined with local tender point is the best point selection,at the same time with dialectical point selection treatment,and pay attention to acupuncture techniques,often can obtain satisfactory clinical effect.This article will introduce Director Su Guohong's experience in treating back myofascitis with acupuncture and moxibustion from the sun meridian.
