成人胸腰段脊柱骨折采用前路内固定治疗的护理分析

摘　　要：要目的:探究成人胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采取前路内固定治疗的临床护理分析。方法:选择我院2019年12月一2020年12月接诊的成人胸腰段脊柱骨折患者88例作为本次研究观察对象,所选成人胸腰段脊柱骨折患者全部接受临床前路内固定治疗,根据患者的入院顺序对其进行分组,对照组(44例)给予临床常规护理,观察组(44例)给予综合性护理方案,对比2组患者的临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者接受综合性护理方案之后的临床护理满意度明显高于对照组,两者对比差异明显。结论:在成人胸腰段脊柱骨折患者接受前路内固定治疗期间配合综合性护理的效果确切,能够显著提高成人胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的护理满意度,应该给予大力的推广与应用。Objective:To discuss the clinical nursing plan of anterior internal fixation for adult patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture.Methods:A total of 88 adult patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture who received treatment from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects of this study.All the selected adult patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture received preclinical intermal fixation treatment,and were divided into groups according to the order of admission.One group of patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture was given clinical routine nursing service.A total of 44 cases were included in the control group,and the remaining group of patients with thoracic and lumbar spine fractures were given comprehensive nursing program.A total of 44 cases were included in the study group,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The clinical nursing satisfaction of adult patients with thoracolimbar spine fracture in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after receiving comprehensive nursing plan.Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing service during the treatment of anterior intermal fixation for adult thoracolumbar spinal fracture patients is accurate,which can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of adult thoracolumbar spinal fracture patients,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
