摘  要:目的了解中国内地首例猴痘确诊病例收治隔离病房物体表面的污染状况。方法以2022年9月16日重庆市公共卫生医疗救治中心收治猴痘确诊病例的负压病房为采样点。选取病房内高频接触物体表面的20个点位和工作人员个人防护用品的6个点位进行采样,每日用病毒采样拭子在消毒前、后分别对固定物体表面与个人防护用品进行涂抹采样,并用荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测病毒核酸。结果共采集样本393份,消毒前总阳性率为47.93%,物体表面总阳性率55.02%,高于防护用品表面阳性率21.31%(P<0.05)。隔离病房患者个人用品、床单元、厕所、外环境物体表面阳性率分别为74.65%、58.43%、42.55%、4.55%,不同部位间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。防护鞋套及水杯的阳性率最高(100%),其次为床头柜正侧面(91.67%)、床单元上半部位(90.91%)、衣物/被褥(76.09%)、病床扶手(72.73%)、洗手台(63.64%)、马桶(54.55%)。在防护面屏及防护服的正面、袖子及背面未检出阳性样本。消毒后阳性率为3.88%,低于消毒前(P<0.05)。结论猴痘确诊病例隔离病房环境物表和防护用品均有不同程度的环境污染,其中防护鞋套污染、水杯及床头柜正侧面最为严重,应正确穿戴和按规程脱卸防护用品,做好手卫生与环境清洁消毒等标准预防工作,降低医务人员感染的风险。OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of contamination of object surfaces in isolation wards of the first confirmed monkeypox case in Chinese Mainland.METHODS The negative pressure ward where the confirmed monkeypox case was treated in Chongqing Public Health Medical Center on Sep 16,2022was set as the sampling site.The specimens were collected from 20fixed point locations of highly-frequent object surfaces and 6 point locations of personal protective equipment of staff.The fixed object surfaces and personal protective equipment were smeared to sample every day by using viral sampling swab before and after disinfection.The viral nucleic acid was tested by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS Totally 393samples were collected,the total positive rate was 47.93%before the disinfection,the total positive rate of object surfaces was 55.02%,higher than 21.31%of the protective equipment surfaces(P<0.05).The positive rates of personal items,bed units,toilets and external environment were 74.65%,58.43%,42.55%and 4.55%,respectively,and there was significant difference among the sampling sites(P<0.05).The positive rate of protective shoe covers and water cups was the highest(100%),followed by the front side of bedside table(91.67%),the upper half of bed unit(90.91%),clothes/bedding(76.09%),the hospital bed armrest(72.73%),wash basin(63.64%),and the toilet(54.55%).The front sides of face mask and protective clothing,sleeve and back of the protective suit were not tested positive for samples.The positive rate was 3.88%after the disinfection,lower than that before the disinfection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION There is varying degree of environmental contamination of object surfaces and protective equipment in the isolation wards of the confirmed monkeypox case,and the contamination of protective shoe covers,water cups and front side of bedside table is the most severe.It is necessary to properly wear and take off the protective articles according to the regulations and take the standardized prevention measures
