摘 要:肺癌患者基础免疫力低下,加之肿瘤细胞释放大量免疫抑制因子,免疫功能遭到进一步破坏。随着生物材料的广泛应用,生物材料植入感染已成为临床令人棘手的医院感染难题之一。一旦细菌生物膜在生物材料表面形成,菌膜内的细菌可以有效抵御机体的免疫细胞杀伤作用以及抗菌药物的杀菌作用,造成难治性细菌感染甚至细菌-真菌混合感染,严重危及患者生命。本文就肺癌患者生物材料植入后细菌生物膜的形成机制、生态学、耐药机制及抗菌策略作一综述,以期对肺癌患者生物材料植入后细菌生物膜感染的研究提供参考。Lung cancer patients are immunocompromised and complicated with release of a large number of immunosuppressors from tumor cells,which may lead to further destroy of immune function.With the widespread application of biomaterials,the infections due to implantation of biomaterials have become one of the most difficulties that the hospital should tackle with.Once the bacterial biofilm is formed on the surface of the biological material,the bacteria inside the membrane can effectively resist the killing effect of body′s immune cells and bactericidal effect of antibacterial drugs,which may result in refractory bacterial infection or even bacterial-fungal mixed infection and thus pose severe threats to lives of patients.The formation mechanisms of bacterial biofilms,ecological characteristics,drug resistance mechanisms and antibacterial strategies were reviewed in the article so as to provide reference for research on bacterial biofilm infection in the lung cancer patients after implantation of biomaterials.
